Remember the ‘Most Beautiful Twins’? Here’s How They Look Now

In 2017, when Leah Rose and Ava Marie Clements were seven, their mother started an Instagram account to share photos with friends and family. Overnight, the identical twins became viral sensations, dubbed “the most beautiful twins in the world.” Now 14, the California-based sisters are established child models with nearly 3 million followers, working with brands like Nike, Disney, and Target.

Their mother, Jaqi, insists modeling was their idea and says she’ll fully support them if they choose another path. In 2019, their world shifted when their father, Kevin, was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer. The twins used their platform to urge followers to register as bone marrow donors, generating thousands of sign-ups.

Kevin’s life was saved through a transplant from his brother, but their campaign also helped others in need. Today, Leah and Ava continue modeling while balancing school and advocacy, showing that their real beauty lies in using fame for good.
